1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "Player") and 635jl (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 635jl.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related digital properties.

By accessing, browsing, or using any portion of the 635jl platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, playing any game, or using any feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 635jl services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, at minimum, a valid Philippine mobile number, a verifiable email address, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, and your date of birth.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
• All activity that occurs under your 635jl account, whether or not you authorized such activity.
• Immediately notifying 635jl customer support via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.

635jl reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that is found to contain false, misleading, or unverifiable information. Accounts may also be reviewed where 635jl, in its reasonable judgment, suspects identity fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the 635jl platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are charged for deposits made via supported Philippine payment channels.

Deposits:

• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and USDT where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds originating from an account not held by the registered 635jl account holder — are not permitted.
• 635jl reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to request verification of the payment method used.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name, at 635jl's discretion.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is communicated within the account cashier section.
• 635jl may impose enhanced due diligence procedures, including documentation requests, prior to processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

635jl offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on the 635jl platform that operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) are independently certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. This certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the player, the operator, or any third party.

Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Live, and SA Gaming, and are subject to the respective studios' own certifications and regulatory oversight. 635jl acts as a distributor of these live gaming services and is not responsible for the studio infrastructure or dealing procedures, provided such services are delivered in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 635jl will endeavor to resolve the issue and restore the game to its pre-error state where technically feasible. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 635jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating duplicate accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with 635jl games or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming

635jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users. Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 635jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform software.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 635jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the 635jl platform or any services thereon.
• Technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to connectivity outside of 635jl's reasonable control, including interruptions attributable to third-party infrastructure providers, Philippine telecommunications providers, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account by third parties, provided that 635jl has implemented reasonable security measures.
• Losses resulting from gaming activity on the platform, including slot gameplay, live casino bets, or sports betting outcomes.

635jl's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that user's 635jl wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

635jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a formal instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

Upon termination of an account for any reason other than fraud or breach, any verified remaining balance in the account wallet will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering obligations or bonus liabilities. In cases of termination for fraud or material breach, account funds may be withheld pending investigation.

12 Dispute Resolution

13 Amendments to These Terms

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was published. Your continued use of the 635jl platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must discontinue use of the 635jl platform and may request account closure through customer support.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The platform operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and any other applicable regulatory body.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12 shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. By using the 635jl platform, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of any such proceeding.
